OVERVIEW
Handmade Homes showcases a collection of hand-drawn watercolor paintings capturing the essence of people's homes, tailored as custom commissions. Starting as a freelance endeavor, I embarked on creating "happy place paintings" that resonate deeply with clients, including family, friends, and enthusiastic patrons. In an era where the significance of home holds unprecedented importance, I sought to offer more than just a photograph; I aimed to provide a timeless piece of art that encapsulates the unique spirit and warmth of each dwelling.
I worked with over 40 clients to create portraits of their homes in watercolor and ink. Price varied depending on the intricacy, coloration, and detail of the house.
